Three disciplines. One embedded team. Project-model pricing.
S&A needed a multi-discipline fractional team covering website design and development, print design, and broader creative work, all sharing 20 hours per week. Ghost Sherpa assembled a Creative, a Developer, and a PM working in concert. A full embedded team at a fraction of the full-time cost.

The Problem
Some agencies don't need one more person. They need a functional team. The creative to conceive, the developer to build, and the project manager to make sure neither one falls behind on a client deadline. S&A's need was cross-functional: website design and development, print design, and general creative coverage, all running in parallel.
Hiring three people full-time was more than the engagement warranted. Piecing together three separate freelancers meant coordination overhead and no real accountability for how the work fit together.
The Engagement
Ghost Sherpa coordinated a three-person fractional unit, a Creative, a Developer, and a Project Manager, sharing 20 hours per week and all embedded in S&A's workflow. The PM connected the team, kept the client delivery cadence moving, and made sure nothing fell between the disciplines.
From S&A's perspective, and from their clients', the work came from one team. The three specialists operated as a unit, not as separate vendors managed independently by S&A's leadership.
Why this matters for you
When the work requires more than one discipline, the team structure matters as much as the individual talent.
A creative without a developer is a concept that doesn't ship. A developer without a PM is a project that runs late. The three roles work when they're coordinated, and the coordination is where most fractional or freelance arrangements fall apart, because that accountability usually falls back on you.
Ghost Sherpa can staff a cross-functional team and build the connective tissue into the engagement from the start. The result is a unit that runs, not three contractors you have to manage yourself.
Next Step
Need more than one role, and need them to work together?
Tell us the disciplines, the scope, and how much bandwidth is realistic. We'll structure a fractional team that fits and make sure the PM piece is built in from the start.
